Some time ago, I had the privilege of meeting Edwin from Cebas, and after a delightful exchange about renders and shaders, he graciously invited me to participate in beta testing their upcoming finalRender 4.0.
Over the span of a few days, I embarked on a series of test renders to explore the software's capabilities, which ultimately led me to embark on the Peaches scene project. The journey commenced with photographing a pair of peaches and converting them into 3D models using Agisoft Photoscan. I then refined the models' geometry within ZBrush. Guided by this groundwork, the stage was set in 3DS Max, and the scene was brought to life through the enchantment of finalRender 4.0.
Every aspect was meticulously nurtured, with all the intricate layers brought into harmony within Photoshop, as vividly depicted in the accompanying video.
